Birds : The art of getting pictures in a wild and natural setting is very challenging. I love it when I capture a closeup shot! Once the picture is in the bucket there is always the challenge of getting the next great shot! I am always stalking the birds, hoping for the opportunity to get something that I can share.

Carolina Raptor Center PhotoWild Fall 2012 : I went for the fall "PhotoWild" event at the Carolina Raptor Center. It was awesome. The park is something you should experience if you love birds! They rehabilitate raptors and the whole park is small enough to take your family through and not feel rushed or lost. The signs are easy to follow, Go visit their website at http://www.carolinaraptorcenter.org
If you feel strongly, donate - they have wonderful raptors and wonderful people, most of them volunteers. Wish I lived closer!
